| Semester II
|
| This semester is aimed at imparting an overall introduction to Basics of Camera, Formats and Components; Basics of Lenses, Filters and Accessories; Concepts of Light and Optics. The basic constituents of Camera Composition and Framing; Camera Movements are extensively discussed. Experienced professionals from the industry are invited to hold workshops to transfer specialized technical skills in creative lighting, compositions and camera movements. |

| Semester III (Common Module)
|
|
After the learning of two semesters, the third semester is again a time for students from all streams to collaborate together. This semester is dedicated for students to showcase their learning of the subject by making a diploma film. The film can be either a short fiction of not more than 15 minutes or a documentary of more than 60 minutes. These films work as a portfolio for the students which they can showcase for their professional career ahead. |
